We are a family company, Father and daughter team. We offer a truly bespoke service to choosing and replacing your windows, with the added bonus of being able to answer queries or enquires 24/7.
All Weather Exteriors was formed in 2003 with James setting it up after years in the window industry . He was later joined by Sarah, his daughter who specialise in the Sash Window Installations. They are joined by a team of father and son fitters, who have been with us since the beginning.
Honesty, integrity and mutual respect are the foundations of All Weather Exteriors and we treat every home like our own.
Sarah
I joined All Weather Exteriors in 2015 after previously working for Formula 1 Management and the Royal Ocean Racing Club. I quickly realised there was a great opportunity to grow my father’s already well-established business into London, and I have never looked back. It remains one of the best decisions I have ever made.
At the time, the company was firmly established across Kent and Sussex. I decided to expand our operations into Wandsworth and South London, building on the strong reputation and experience we had already developed over many years in the industry. Continuing to use the same trusted fitting teams from our Kent & Sussex operations, we were able to bring the same high standards, knowledge, and attention to detail to every London project from day one.
One of the parts of the job I enjoy most is guiding clients through their refurbishments, whether it is a single window replacement or a full property transformation. New windows and doors can completely change the look and feel of a home, and I genuinely love seeing that transformation come to life.
We are a family business through and through, and that personal approach is at the heart of everything we do.
James
I founded All Weather Exteriors in 2003 after spending many years working at Everest. From the beginning, my focus was simple: provide the highest standard of uPVC windows and doors, while always being available to support our clients.
To maintain the quality of our work, we deliberately kept the business small, operating with just two dedicated fitting teams. This hands-on approach allowed us to personally oversee every project and ensure consistently high standards. This is reflected in our excellent reviews on Checkatrade and Google.
In 2015, my daughter Sarah joined the business. Together, we have continued to build on the same values of quality workmanship, reliability, and personal service. Sarah has also introduced modern ideas and innovations that have helped the company continue to grow.

Our windows have Secured by Design regulations. By achieving this, they have been approved by the British police, exceeding their recommended standards of security, All Sash windows have been fitted with an anti jemming bar to help prevent potential intruders using tools or excessive force to try and lever open the bottom sliding sash. This makes sure they will comply with nearly all insurance company requirements.
