uPVC Sash Window Installation, SW18

This project involved the installation of new uPVC sash windows in a flat on St Anns Hill, SW18, carried out ahead of new tenants moving in.

The uPVC sash windows were installed neatly within the original timber architraves, allowing the character of the property to be retained while upgrading the windows to a more efficient, low-maintenance option.

After the installation, the owner painted the existing architraves grey, creating a stylish frame around each window. This added contrast gives the windows a clean, modern look while still working beautifully with the original features of the flat.

The finished result is a smart and practical upgrade that improves both comfort and appearance, ready for new tenants to move straight in.
