Full Window and Door Replacement. Balham, SW12

This project involved a full replacement of casement windows throughout a terraced house on Weir Road in Balham, along with aluminium bifold doors to the rear and a new composite front door.

The property was completely unliveable at the time, so timing and coordination were key. This was the third time we’ve worked with these clients, and as always, we worked closely with them from the design stage to make sure every detail delivered the high-end finish they were looking for.

All existing windows were replaced with new casement windows, with privacy glass installed in all bathrooms to allow in plenty of natural light while maintaining privacy. At the rear, the aluminium bifold doors transformed the space, creating a modern, open feel and a strong connection to the garden. A new composite front door completed the look, improving security.

The full installation was completed within one week, helping to keep the wider renovation moving forward despite the condition of the house.

The result was a complete transformation. When the property went on the market, it sold immediately, which came as no surprise. We look forward to what the next project with them maybe…
