All Weather Exteriors recently completed a window replacement project at a rental property in Brixton, SW London. The landlord wanted to replace the existing Crittall-style windows with modern white uPVC windows and improve the overall appearance of the property.

The new windows were installed first, before the building was re-rendered and repainted. This sequence helped coordinate the different stages of the renovation and deliver a refreshed exterior.

This project also needed scaffolding to replace the windows.

Our before-and-after photographs show the difference, with the new windows complementing the property’s updated finish.

A Convenient Service for Landlords
